On June 9, legislators and leaders from 酴圖傻弝けs electric cooperatives gathered at the Central 酴圖傻弝け Lineworker Training (COLT) facility in Mount Gilead to learn about COLTs state-of-the-art programming.

Severe storms that occurred late on Monday, June 13, and into the early hours of Tuesday, June 14, have caused widespread outages across 酴圖傻弝け, including the territories of 22 of the state's 25 electric cooperatives.

During the May meeting, Butler Rural Electric Cooperative's board members voted for officers, which are elected annually.
