COLT welcomed 16 potential future co-op employees to our second annual ExploreAg Day where high school students and recent graduates learned about a possible career in linework and other cooperative careers. It was a great day as the students donned their hard hats, safety glasses, and gloves, all donated by Milwaukee, and then got their hands dirty. Curious parents were also able to ask instructors and OEC representatives questions about career opportunities. COLT utilized a third-year apprentice cohort to assist instruction for the hands-on events.
