Among those in attendance were Anthony Smith (Union), Glenn Miller (Holmes-Wayne), Rick Lemonds (South Central Power), Ed VanHoose (North Central/Lorain Medina, Brian Hill (Guernsey-Muskingum), Jennifer Barger (Consolidated), and Bill Barnhart (Hancock-Wood).Ìý
