Eighteen employees from nine cooperatives and OEC make up Group 1 of the 2022 Leadership Edge class. Group 1 met this week for a group social and the first Core Course, which focuses on the introduction of Strategic Relational Leadership, a cutting-edge concept in effective leadership where participants learn how to implement practical strategies to begin making a more positive difference in how they lead.
Prior to the first class, participants completed a DISC assessment - a personal assessment tool used by more than one million people every year to help improve teamwork, communication, and productivity in the workplace. During the first Core Course, Group 1 thoroughly explored their assessments and gained an in-depth knowledge in all four styles.
