Government Affairs Team Changes: Adds Economic Development Expert, Says Farewell to Friend

After nine years with »Æ¹Ï¶ÌÊÓƵ’s Electric Cooperative, Spencer Waugh will be moving on from the company. He has recently taken a position with an independent lobbying firm in Columbus. Replacing Spencer in the role of Manager of Government Affairs will be Kelly Barr, who has over 20 years of government affairs experience and most recently served as the government affairs coordinator, handling ACRE and grassroots activities. Additionally, the department will be adding Dennis Mingyar, Director of Economic Development, who previously worked in the same role within the Cooperative Development department.Ìý
